Joelle Gropper-Kaufman
Joelle Gropper Kaufman is an executive coach, revenue catalyst, speaker, and facilitator. She is a transformational leader who teaches leadership practices to sales, marketing, and customer-success executives at Pavilion University. She has worked with individuals, teams, and companies to accelerate growth, become more agile, and creatively address any situation—achieving and sustaining “flow.”
Joelle is passionate about leadership, accountability, and innovation. She has spent her adult life exploring leadership and group dynamics and has emerged uniquely skilled in the art of getting stuff done. She has applied that art to her personal (and successful) journey through breast cancer in 2023, as well as her career as a 25+-year sales and marketing executive, and her family, as a wife, mother of three (almost grown) children, and family-by-choice (friends).
Joelle has a BA from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. She enjoys being with people she loves, traveling, reading, singing (she fronts a rock band), and learning.
