Sophie Roumeas

Enthusiastic about the profound impact of words in evoking emotions, memories, and reflection, Sophie Roumeas channels this passion into her therapeutic practice, guiding meditation, hypnosis sessions, and family constellations.

To serve both current and future generations while honoring our ancestors, she launched a three-day online conference featuring international speakers. The conference was dedicated to sharing techniques and methods for healing the family tree.

Before I walked That Path Too, Sophie compiled and published a first anthology, J’ai vécu la même chose que toi, written with twelve co-authors and available in French. The best-seller testifies to the resilience displayed by these young women who recovered from breast cancer as a message of hope and encouragement for the families affected by this ordeal. Creating Angel Lab Editions and publishing collective books on sensitive topics like breast cancer with committed and concerned co-authors, aligns with one of Sophie's strong values, out of solidarity.

Born in the French Alps, nature has consistently fueled Sophie's creativity, inspiring intuition, attentiveness, and self-expression in others. Her guiding motto in her work is: Let's voice your soul!

Mother of Maxime and Donovan, Sophie lovingly bridges her family and community in both France and California, where her partner Sam Yau resides with his family.
